Produmex WMS Cycle Count

Hi,

When doing a Produmex WMS cycle count the system will say that there is a difference (positive or negative) and it will show as Lost_and_Found storage location on the Processing Cycle Count screen. Will there be a way to know the original storage location where the difference occurs?

  Hey Adrian,

  Yes this is possible, we recently added an article on our help center that shows you where you can find the original location this item was counted on.

  Hi Adrian,

  If you have 'Show Current Stock Items' checked in the Cycle Count Controller (OSE --> Extended Parameters), then the mobile client displays the current on-hand quantities after the location is selected, but before the quantity is entered.  It does not impact the display on the difference screen.
