Creation parts with the option of importing files in beas not generate log errors

With the option of importing files beas, the parts in beas are created. Sometimes the files are processed but the action is not performed in beas and the file has to be reprocessed to be incorporated into beas.
This import leaves some log?

This process has to leave a log since it is not performing the import sometimes and it processes the file.
If the file is put back to process it goes well with what we do not know the reason why the first time it was not created in beas.
