Ability to merge duplicate business partners
Not plannedHi Team. This is a long shot, but something that would be super useful. Not entirely sure if B1UP can even do it, but thought i would ask.
We've all been there, we run reports, look at lists of business partners, and notice some duplicates have snuck in to the system, and before you get chance to delete it, someone has already created a sales or delivery document against the duplicate. You now need to go through the process of tracking back and making the BP Inactive, but always having 2 of the same BPs in the system.
It would be awesome, if as part of the CRM functions, B1UP could some how, merge 2 records together.
A lot of CRMs have this functionality and while I understand that SAPB1 isn't a full blown CRM, i am sure that a lot of users could benefit from this.
Again, this is probably something that would need to be implemented at core SAP Level, but having seen the awsomness of B1 Usability Pack for the last 5 years, i thought it would be worth asking.

Hi Mark
I'm afraid only SAP themself could make such a merge feature as the SDK do not have the option... Perhaps one could automate the current manual process of copy/moving over to one of the two BP, but a true merge system where one record is gone at the end is only something for SAP. Would recommend you submit the request here: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/887
