Create an email with attachments without Crystal or an SAP Document

Hi Guys

I have a demo coming-up where I'd like to create a B1UP function button on the contact form of a customer which will send a brochure to the contact that is on-screen.  This seemed to me that it would be easy but I'm struggling with the following:

1) If I use B1PD, then I can create a report action that would be good because I can lookup attachments to send by using a SQLMulti query to fetch all attachments from a UDT, for example.  The problem is that then I seem to have to have a Crystal Report and I don't really need this.

2) Maybe I could do it all as a macro and make an activity with the correct attachments and fire the email option from the activity?

What should be my approach here, please?

  Hello Andy,

  With the "No attachment" option, the system will not attach the layout of the document.
