Hi, please your Colaboration

After the actualitation, when i make goodreceipt in all positions, this is dont add in the Quanty real; but if run the data check, the sistem upgrade the information. what is the cause?

  This is a known bug that will be fixed in the next release 2020.05.

  Thanks for the reply, I have a question; initially had the version PL 03 HF January 2 and evidenced the problem so I updated to version 2020.3, is it possible that the incident is from that January version?

  Hello Luis,

  I have a customer with version 2020.03 and the problem persist, it is random. The developers already fix it for the new upcoming version.

  By the way, the Data Check only fixes the open work orders, if you have closed work orders with this problem please contact support so we can send you the query to fix them.
