Moving a FB with IPT endup in error 66000-13 , item already exists Answered

I have created 2 Function buttons in a SAP window, these are automatically given the Item Uid's BOY_99_1 and BOY_99_2

I used these Item Uid's in the Item placement tool to move them on the window.

When I update the IPT configuration tool I see the function buttons on the right position.

I click OK to close the Item Placement Tool configuration.

When I now close the SAP window and open t again ( example Item Master Data form), I get the error 

One or more errors occured during work setup of the Item Placement Tool. Check your configuration and try and switch to Code Render Mode (http://www.boyum-it.com/Link/RenderMode) (Item - already exists [66000-13]. Form Unique Id: F_141, Item Unique Id

    Hi, 

    I'd just work around it and create a function button directly with the IPT + add a click validation to tie a UF.
