CRM for Outlook - Attach marketing document to email Answered

Hello everyone. I have a query from a customer of ours asking if the following scenario is feasible in CRM for Outlook:

Sales rep receives an email from a customer for a potential sales and creates the sales quotation directly in Outlook via the CRM. Now he wants to send that quotation to the customer via email without opening B1, just by using CRM for Outlook. Ideally he wants to attach the document he just created to the email

I couldn't find a way to do this. Maybe you have a better solution for this, admittedly, quite frequent and simple scenario?

is this still the case? or is there any improvement?

It's a shame you can create a quotation from outlook but not able to send it to the customer.

Is it possible to send a quotation directly from outlook or not?
