Error "starting on or more Boyum plugins" when B1 Usab Package starts Answered

Hi,

Here is my pbm :

I've a Fresh new SAP 10 pl01 (64b)  install on a SQL srv 2017

i create a  new company from SAP B1 wizard

i try to install B1 Usab. Package v 2019.12.00.1 version 64b for B1 v10

 

Error msg pops up   on  step 2 of 5 when addon starts

Error starting on or more Boyum plugins: Could not execute SQL: SELECT

[@BOY_PLUGINS].[Code], [@BOY_PLUGINS].[Name], [@BOY_PLUGINS].[U_BOY_PID], [@BOY_PLUGINS].[U_BOY_USER], [@BOY_PLUGINS].[U_BOY_USERSET] FROM [@BOY_PLUGINS] ().

in SQL, i can request on this table : fields are the same but there is no data

 

Any idea of the pbm origin ?
