All TO recipient email address not shown in case Grouping at BP Level and using Email Category
AnsweredNeed to show the email addresses based on Email Categories on emails sent to every email on the TO field. We have 3 emails. Currently, only the recipient's email is shown in the TO section, even if there are other 2 email address that needs to be shown. Eg. TO: email1@gmail.com (Email Category Dropdown: Invoices), email2@gmail.com (Email Category Dropdown: Statement), email3@gmail.com (Email Category Dropdown: Accounts) needs to displayed in the TO section for every recipient of the email. This is an issue only when the Group email is used at Business Partner level.
Also, the CC and BCC recipients cannot see the email address in the To and CC fields

Thank you for your request. Could you please try and in the combobox next to the Group Email Checkbox choose option “Business Partner level (Maximum grouping)” and see if that does not fit your requirements.
