QC Orders for Yield Qty Only

When a user completes a time receipt the number of QC orders raised should only be for the quantity that has been yielded.

We have a scenario where a customer may scrap half of a planned work order quantity and they have to complete the QC orders for all items, despite half of them being in the bin.

This would be very useful for a customer that uses the options to create the QC orders on the first time receipt and where all previous QC orders must be OK before moving on to the next operation.
