Remove Price List Limitation in the Precalculation Screen

In the Pre-calculation screen, Functions tab, there is an Item Valuation field where we can choose the price list to be used on valuation.

Beas only supports choosing Price Lists with ID 1 to 99. If you have over 100 price lists, which happens to be the case with one of our bigger customers, there's no way to select them.

We request for the removal of this seemingly arbitrary limit, either by displaying as many results as are available, or by using a CFL field instead of a ComboBox.
