I am getting this error in some of our systems. This, here, it is from a imported DB coming from a client:

What is the procedure to solve this kind of errors?

    Hello Luis,

    You need to send the customer's name, installation and system number to our support center to make sure the information is correct in our portal.

    Also, you can try downloading the license manually:

    https://license.boyum-it.com/LicenseKey
