Auto Sending Delivery Note Emails Answered
So I have SAP B1 9.2 PL09 with Print and Delivery
I also have an external warehouse management system that deals with stock and despatches.
When the WMS ships an order it creates a delivery document in SAP (with no user interaction in SAP)
I need to send a Despatch Confirmation Email to the customer (That is already set up in Crystal)
I've created a UDF (U_Email_Sent) and set it to No by default
I was thinking of looping though every delivery and sending an email based on that UDF and deliveries that were created today and then setting the UDF to Yes after sending the email.
Do you think this is possible?
I can't seem to figure out how to do it!

Yes, you can do it, you need to use a Custom configuration =)
