Hello -

Any idea of the cause of this error and steps to correct?

 

b1 usability package has encountered a problem with its cached data.  could not find item with uid or error working with userdatasource.  would you like the add-on to automatically try to fix this issue

  Hello Cseiders,

  Please contact your partner and provide more information about this issue, please make sure you send them the following information:

  - Customer name and installation number (Mandatory).
  - SAP Business One + Add-On name and version (Mandatory).
  - If you receive an error:
  - Screenshot of error (preferably entire screen, not just error message).
  - A detailed scenario to reproduce the error.
  - Can you reproduce this issue again and again and in multiple databases / machines?
  - Can you reproduce this issue for all users?
  - If the issue can be reproduced, please list a series of steps to reproduce the error.
  - Copy of Eventlog files from server and client.
