    Hi,

in SAP you can insert the quantity per Warehouse and Item. In this way it's simple, because you've max.

    items * Warehouse entries

in beas you insert the quantity per Batchnum, Bin Warehouse and Serial number.

    in this case we've

Items * Warehouse * (Batchnumbers + Serial numbers) Bin Warehouse numbers)  entries

The list is in this case too big

    regards

    Martin

What Beas Version? i don't have this option on mine, Beas 9.3

    Hi Willy

    i don't speak about option

    i make an example

Item A001, WareHouse 1,2,3, with Batch Numbers and Bin Location

    SAP create a Counting List

    A001 WareHouse 1
    A001 WareHouse 2
    A001 WareHouse 3

Here you can insert the stock count and can open a sub window for Define the Bin Locations and Batch Numbers.
But in this sub window SAP don't display all Bin Locations or Batch Numbers....

In beas you don't have sub lists. You've only on e List

    A001 WareHouse 1, Bin Location 10, Batch Number B, Stock x

if we've 300 Bin Locations and 1000 Batch Numbers and we display every combination, then we've

    300 * 1000 Lines = 300 000 Lines only for WareHouse 1 Item A001. This don't make sense.
This is the reason, that we display only Lines with Stock

    regards

    Martin
