B1 Print and Delivery - PDF consolidation
AnsweredCurrently in B1 Print and delivery its possible to group and consolidate documents by BP or Contact so you can send one email per either with all documents attached.
We would like the ability to group documents within a PDF to one email address so that 1 PDF may contain multiple documents, e.g Invoices 1001, 1002 and 1003 for one customer.
This would help for when a customer wants a range of document copies in 1 PDF rather than 1 email with 20 PDF attachments.

Thank you for your request.
The development team have now added it to our internal planning-system for evaluation.

Can you not achieve this with a suitable crystal report? A bit like the due date reminder example?

It is possible to confirm if this functionality is now available?

This is not yet available or planned as it has not really gathered any votes (try to make what most people ask for). If it at any point in time is planned and implemented the status of this post will automatically switch from "Answered" to "Completed"

Where do we get to vote for this? I have two customers right now that this functionality would help with.
Working around this currently with custom CR just for Mass Deliveries but this can be very time consuming, especially when customers have different forms for different customer groups.

We would certainly also make daily use of that feature. We use the production feature in B1 10.0 and our production orders are highly structured in assemblies with multiple subassemblies with several hundred parts in each subassembly. On a day we easily create 10+ orders that need to be presented to our production team in a manner that they can follow what is happening. So we would love to group all parts to made in each subassembly into the PDF of the subassembly to help reduce 1000 pdfs to 9 or 10 and they can easily oversee the structure of what is ordered. SAP knows what is linked to one another. Or is this request already possible and different from the above?
Thanks ! Thomas
