Support Account balance keywords outside Crystal reports Completed

Scenario: The process is to send out a statement as at the end of each month, so they will be sent in the first few days of the following month once the final bankings & reconciliations have been completed. I would then also need to do a date add to go back a month - it would be much easier to use the Boyum Keyword that is driving the statements to get the correct date.

 
Is it possible to add this to the enhancement list?It would be good to have this available in the subject, attachment name and body sections, as different customers like to do this in different ways!

    This says answered, but I still can't see how to do this?

    Hi Julie

    Answered means that it has been imported into our internal system. This one is special as it was manually created here so there is no "Answer" from our importer as there would have normally been.

    The "Answer" would normally look like this:
