Table and TableId keyword work in additional attachments Completed

In Report action email you have the option to do additional attachments. 

 
Here you can use keywords but you are not able to use keywords $[TABLE] and $[TABLE_IDENTIFIER]. 
 
Why not have the keywords be accessible everywhere
