Print & Delivery and SBO Mailer

Curious, can you use the SBO Mailer along with the Print & Delivery or does one override the other?

What are the rules with this?

  Hello Joanne,

  They can work at the same time but not for the same document, for example, if you create a Report configuration that includes an event for the email for the sales order then the SBO mailer is disabled for this document, but if you don't have a configuration for the quotation then the SBO mailer will work.
