Toolbox - Start in Name field by Document type

Start in Name field option at Toolbox is really helpful. But we like to enable this by document type. Especially it is better to start at Serial number in Service call instead of Customer name. I tried to place the focus at Service call at Form Load, but it seems the Toolbox configuration overrides it. 

Else, option needed at Universal function to override Toolbox configuration.
