B1 P&D no delivery log and not sent

I have setup B1 P&D together with the B1UP server to automatically email an order confirmation.
It is working as it should be but we noticed some documents posted a few months back and for some reason, these documents did not get sent automatically although there are other documents with the same customer sent on that same date. It is a bit hard to trace because there is no delivery or error log. Even looked at the B1UP server component event log there is no unusual event that occurred that day and all it is saying in the log that the component is done.

It depends on your configuration, you need to check in the schedule module if there is a filter activated like the posting date, so this will be excluding old files:

Yes, I have checked the schedule filter and there is no specified also checked the custom mass delivery config and it looks like it has the right parameters.
This seems to be an isolated case and we are just monitoring it at the moment and possibly upgrade if it happens again
