Single Crystal Report in Mass delivery

The Mass Delivery (say) gives a list of 12 Delivery Notes. Customer would like a single Crystal Report summarizing all 12 Deliveries on 12 rows.

When I try that with a Crystal Report, it produces 12 different pages. What is required is a single page with 12 rows. I tried to filter Crystal report with IN statement for parameter ?DocKey@.

Is there a way to achieve this?

  Hello Ajay,

  You mass delivery needs to be based on customer like the the Account Balance, then you create the Crystal in a single page, it's all about the Crystal Layour to obtain only one page.

  Sorry if I was not very clear. Please allow me to clarify.

  Say 100 SAP A/R delivery Notes are made in a day to a total of 50 different customers. Then what is required with "Mass Delivery" output is a single report showing each of these 100 SAP A/R Deliveries as rows instead to 100 separate Delivery printouts, almost like a summary of all deliveries, one on each row, if it is possible with 'Mass Delivery'.

  With your suggestion, 50 different print-outs will occur, that is not what is required.

  Hello Ajay,

  It sounds more like an internal report than an email to each customer, in this case you need to create:

  -Mass configuration type internal, no query included.

  -Crystal report with the detail of all documents included.

  -Report action that sends the email to the receipts.

  -Report configuration type internal that links the Crystal and Action.
