Print & Delivery - additional keywords
Not plannedThere are very limited Keywords available when emailing a Crystal Report through Mass Delivery. This limits the flexibility of building the email body. This can be enhanced by allowing any field from the SQL statement on the Mass Delivery Config screen to be used as a Keyword. Currently, from what I can determine, I am only allowed to include fields from the primary table. Pulling fields from the SQL statement would effectively give unlimited access to the database.

Hmm, the system never gave me notification of this reply from you. so answer strongly delayed (sorry :-( )
Here is general information about keywords:

B1 Print and Delivery have some extra keywords that can also be used:

Hi Randy
Could you give an example of a specific need because the can currently work with all dynamic syntax, SQL, special keywords, a Special HTML table syntax and a date-format syntax:
These are documented here:
http://help.boyum-it.com/B1PrintAndDelivery/emailaction.html
and here

What more are we missing? (Or did I misunderstand the request)

Will mark this as not planned until reply

Rasmus, my mistake of replying to the email notification that was sent. Here is my initial reply to your original email:
Hi Rasmus—
This request came about while I was attempting to set up a new Crystal Report to be sent out by schedule. I was trying to add keywords to the email body and was not able to include the information I was wanting to. Aside from the keywords that are listed in the help file (most of which are document-based), the only table I can pull fields from is the main table used in the Mass Delivery Configuration. As a result, I am unable to access the names of the contacts I’m sending the report to.
I know that I may not fully understand all of the keywords available. If this information is indeed available, how would I access the contact name information when sending out a crystal report? It is not connected to an SAP document.
