9727-Changing quantity in Time receipt does not affect quantity of stock issue and receipt

Currently, when we create a time receipt, this is possible to change the quantity in the time receipt but as mentionned by beas (in the pop up message), this change does not affect Stock issue norstock entry.
However, in workshop conditions it occures that the salary makes a mistake he receives either more than he expected or the salary is logged to a wrong WO. In this case, this is a heavy way of doing to cancel stock issue and cancel the stock entry.
By the way, beas does not offer the possibility to cancen in an easy way Stock issue. This is possible from the WO list but not from FDC

We only offer possibility to do it at the time receipt administration and Work order screen because for authorization reason, the person who can do it is a user who can access the time administration.
We cannot create an automatic process for cancellation, however we will include your suggestion in a list of process to review, to figure out how we could make easy for the user, probably open automatically the goods issue and goods receipt screens.
