Hi,

I am trying to set up a mass delivery for a regular BP update email that send important information to all contacts.

Unfortunately mass deliveries based on documents limit the contacts to those on the documents. Account balance excludes BPs with zero balance. I have tried to set up a custom one based on BP form but am unable to find the correct settings to select all contacts for each BP.

Why is there no standard option for emailing all BP, all contacts?

Has anyone managed to create a custom mass delivery for this? If so, what settings do I need?

  Hello Rob,

   

  The direct email field can be used to send the report to a fixed email specified in the configuration. Also it can be used to send to custom emails using dynamic syntax if needed. The direct email supports “SQL:” and “SQLMulti:” where SQLMulti: can be used to get multiple rows from a table.

  When I try to send to approx. 2000 BPs I get the error message "The server response was: 4.5.3 Error: too many recipients". I want it to send an email for each recipient, not 1 email with multiple recipients?

  I agree, the options for sending non account balance emails to business partners is very limited
