BeAs service suddenly "Stopped" (BeAs SQL)

Hello,

Our client is using the BeAs service to run some planned activity including the Calculate MRP activity. 

but for some reason, the service was stopped even if we set the services under windows to Automatic and auto restart if encountered some errors.

Is there a way to make sure that this service is always running and where to look (logs) if we want to investigate the cause of the stoppage.
