Print and delivery - Conditional report selection Answered

Hi,

We frequently send out Purchase orders to suppliers where we want to use a different crystal report format. This is based on a UDF (special order Y/N). It is not all orders to the same supplier so I cannot use the report selection tools. 

I cannot think of a way to achieve this and I do not want to rely on the user checking the field. it is populated from the purchase request. 

Can I use macro commands in print and delivery report actions?

e.g. IF (field 1 = 'N') then B1P&D (1|EMAIL)

else B1P&D (2|EMAIL)

    Hi,

    Yes you can, please open the manual by pressing F1 while editing the macro. See "IF, WHILE, ELSE" functionalities.
