How to setting a team for employee on beas produce Answered

Dear Boyum-IT,like title:

I'd like to setting a team for the worker ,

for example : If a employee is part of process A

when he was in produce, he can't scanner process B .

what should i do???

    Hi,

    For team you can use Personal group, but you will not have any control on this

    For your example check below option

    The goal I want to achieve is:When a employee is part of process A,not process B,

    now , have a workorder and the workorder have a process B

    if current employee scanner process B to work ,

    the beas system will prompt a error message:

    e.g:"You do not have permission to operator the current process"

    OKay?

    Hi,

    As I highlighted above image, disable the Material grouping option for specific personal. The personal can login only for one process at a time
