Universal Function - Crystal Report Passing Values Answered

Can we have the UF - Crystal Report to pass empty values? 
My goal here is to ask for user input in SAP then passing it on to Crystal Report. 
When other fields are empty i want it to pass it on to Crystal Report Empty 

But Crystal report prompts again for user input for fields that were empty and i have to click ok again to run the report

My parameters in Crystal Report were set true for Optional Prompt

I need to have a user input that still works even if other fields are empty and pass it directly to Crystal Report without another user input prompt
