Wrong Value in database when booking articles partially off the work order

We have an error when writing off materials in production orders. The actual quantity of the written-off material is displayed correctly in the production order, but the quantity is obviously entered incorrectly in the database (double value). In the Write Off Material menu, an open requirement of 0 items is displayed for the item posted with a partial quantity. This means that the remaining partial quantity cannot be posted. 
Could this error be caused by incorrect settings?
