Mixing BEAS licences with and without GMAO

Hi everyone.

My name is Aniceto Francés.

We are a Beas Manufacturing customer and currently evaluating the acquisition of additional Beas licenses for new users. Our partner has informed us that, according to Boyum, it is mandatory for all Beas users in the same installation to have the Maintenance / EAM (GMAO) module if at least one user already has it.

Before proceeding, we would like to ask here , as our understanding of the Beas licensing model is that:

Beas modules are licensed per user,
The Maintenance (GMAO) module is an optional add-on,
And therefore, it should be possible to have:
Some users with Beas Basic + Maintenance, and
Other users with only Beas Basic,
depending on their functional needs.

Could you please confirm whether this mixed licensing setup is allowed?
