Expand cost elements in resources

Dear community, 

I need to expand the cost elements on  resources in order to split costs on  the calculation schema. 

However, when I try to expand the costs elements to 4, I see the 2 secondary elements appear for a very very short time and then it disappears. 

The BEAS version is the following  : 

The company uses APS

Note  : there is another database on the same environment with same BEAS manufacturing version and I do not face the same issue. 

I assume that is due to specific settings but I cannot find out. 

Does anybody have an idea please?
