PDF protection - B1P&D

Hello experts , 

I'm tyring to figure out where this menu for PDF protection is hiding :

Is it only visible once you've installed ABCpdf V10.1 ?

any input experience with how to work with this ? I've tried looking for a video tutorial on the channel but couldn't find one ,  maybe it exists out there as a part of a version release / life cycle changes .
