SMTP Failed to send email. Answered

Hello everyone,

When I am trying to send a test email via "Manage SMTP" form, I get the error below:

Transaction Failed. The server response was: Welcome to Group Application Gateway 06

The IT told me that the connection with SMTP server is established but there are command errors.

Do you have any idea?
