BXServiceBroker stops after system restore from backup

After a SAP Server restore (backup was 1 day old) the Produmex Service Broker stops immediately. The log shows (translated):

ERROR Cannot start: System.Exception: BXMobileWH9WebAPI init fail: Module load error. Module=BXMobileWH9WebAPI Error=System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: A call target caused an exception. ---> System.Exception: Connection to company failed: 100000048 No SAP licenses

However, the Produmex Service Broker worked fine before the server restore.
