Production Time Receipt Missing Bin and SSCC Assignment

In the current Beas and Produmex WMS integrated environment, the Production Time Receipt functionality presents a critical limitation:

• Missing Features:

   

  • There is no option to select the Produmex WMS-managed bin location during the time receipt process.

  • The functionality also does not allow the assignment or creation of an SSCC (Serial Shipping Container Code).

   

• Impact:

   

  • This functional gap renders the time receipt process unusable in the integrated environment, as it does not comply with warehouse control processes where bin and SSCC handling are mandatory for stock traceability and warehouse efficiency.

  • Workarounds such as manual adjustments or post-processing are not ideal and introduce risk and inefficiencies in the production and warehouse workflow.

   

• Requirement:

   

  • The Production Time Receipt functionality should be enhanced to support:

     

    • Selection of Produmex WMS bin location.

    • Generation or assignment of SSCC codes (where applicable).

     

  • This enhancement will ensure seamless and compliant integration between Beas Production and Produmex WMS, supporting real-time inventory updates with correct warehouse logistics handling.
