Feedback on new WMS Recount Task as described on the roadmap Notion site

Here is some feedback on the plan to create a Recount task for Cycle Counting as described on the WMS roadmap from the Notion site.

• The ability to create Recount tasks should also be available to users who do not have access to the Cycle Count Process screen. Certainly, the accounting team should be able to create Recounts, but this should also be an option for team members who are not on the accounting team. For example, the warehouse manager has a concern about how the original count was done or perhaps wants a senior person to verify the count. The finance team is often the only group that has access to the Cycle Count Process screen since in many companies only the accounting team can create Goods Receipts / Goods Issues. Perhaps add a Recount button to the Inventory Report AND add a General Authorization to control the ability to create Recount tasks. 
• If a Recount Task exists (however it was created) then it should not be possible for the original count to be updated (processed) on the Cycle Count Process screen.
• Does the option in the design to "facilitate the distinction of items on the location which are already counted" allow the creation of count tasks by item? (Currently count tasks are based on storage location and the use the option to filter items as a means to indicate storage locations for an item.)
