formatted searches in BEAS

Good afternoon,
I wanted to ask a question. In SAP Business One, I have the 
ability to perform formatted searches within different documents. 
I'd like to know if I can also perform formatted searches in 
BEAS to fill in certain fields with predefined information, 
or how I can do it. Thank you very much to anyone who can help me.

  Hi Oscar, 

  Yes, you deploy similar functionality using the B1 Usability Package (B1UP), with the Beas Usability Extension option enabled. In this case you would use the Beas version of the B1UP Validation Configuration with events defined to run your B1UP Universal Function based on the desired conditions.
