Config Button Produmex License Server Disabled

Good Day !
Does any of you encountered this error
The Produmex License Server
Cannot be Reconfigured to add or assign a license to a user account 
even if i uninstall it the button install is also disabled

Hi Lester, a few questions:
Are you running the Suite Installer with Administrative rights?
Are you running the Suite Installer on the same server where the SAP License Server is installed?
Is it possible that the Produmex License server was installed on any other server on the network?
Was the originally downloaded .zip file unblocked after it was downloaded from the Boyum install site, and before it was unzipped?

We have the same issue in the latest WMS release.
Do you have any clue why this happen?
