Feature Request - Like UFFE/UFFI but use SQL Answered

Chris Clos

Would love to see a way to use UFFE/UFFI type functionality but using SQL for the Export or Import process.  I have a lot of systems that are SQL based, and would be great to either setup a view or similar to read back into for updates and document creation, without having to go out to a file based then create an import/export from the other SQL source.

    Hi Chris,

UFFE (export) is already working with SQL, UFFI (import) is not as SAP doesn’t allow us to do it. All imports should go through the DI-API.

    Thanks,

Is there any documentation to get the export to work to SQL?

However, I would be more interested in UFFI... too bad, that would have been where I could have had more value.  I guess I could keep it in one tool and potentially use UFFE then to make the files that UFFI imports?

    Hi Chris

In the B1UP download folder, there is a subfolder called Samples, in this folder you will the UFFI and UFFE information.  There are samples codes and link to eLearning videos.

    Kind Rgds
