Item Placement Tool - Re-Order Tabs on Item Master Problems

I am trying to re-order, rename and hide some tabs on the Item Master form.

Making the changes in IPT immediately updates the form to exactly what I believe I have chosen however closing and re-opening the form comes back with a different view.
Any help is appreciated !

  When using the IPT you should always have the window in the minimum size (just before it gets scrollbars).

  
  If you do not do this the Top/Left value will be wrong and you will experience the issue you have now.

  
  Please make sure the window is the minimum size before starting to work with it.
