Manage multiple cost element on alternative resources

Actually, in alternative routing you can use only 1 cost element even if on resourse are set more

The problem is that if the customer works with different cost elements, he cannot use the alternative routings because it is not possible to replace the main routing with the alternative one, since the alternative does not have the possibility of using the same cost elements.
