Cannot hide tabs in OCRD Item Placement Tool (From 134) Answered

I have an issue where in Business Partner - Item Placement Tool I need to hide most of the tabs.

The IPT works fine then the BP opens (in Search mode), 
however, once I start Adding or Viewing all of the tabs come back.

I have tried remaking the IPT only for tabs - it still does not work.

Has anyone delt with this problem previously? 
In "Documents" there is not trouble hiding tabs...

    Hi Natalie Cohen, What is the value of the Pane Level fields on your IPT?  Can you please attach a screenshot of your IPT (multiple if needed to show the relevant columns)?
