CostCenter item for IssueLine, ReceiptLine and TransferLine objects in BSL

Currently the BSL does not have any item to introduce the costcenter for the transactions manual receipt, manual issue and transfer. Therefore is not possible to introduce the costcenter in many WebTerminal apps.
