Separate (distinct) print eventfor the weighing flow

When creating a new SSCC on the weighing client during weighing operations, the system triggers the 700 - WHS: created LU print event. This print event serves as some kind of catch-all print event whenever a new SSCC is created in many different flows.

The weighing flow, however, is very different from many of the more logistics oriented flows and often requires a specific label design which lists information about the weigh order, production order, route stages, ...

While it is already possible to use a distinct layout for weigh labels using print filters on this print event 700, print filters can be finnicky to test and troubleshoot before they work properly. Having a separate print event reduces complexity and therefore speeds up implementation time.
