B1UP - Print & Delivery Auto Schduled Crystal Report

We are encountering an issue with the date format in our reports. When the report is generated through B1UP, the date format defaults to mm/dd/yyyy, but when the same report is generated manually(open crystal report and refresh), the date format appears correctly as dd/mm/yyyy.
Additionally, we are experiencing an issue with the increase/decrease arrows in the Crystal Report. When the report is manually pushed through B1UP, the arrows are displayed correctly. However, when the report is generated or scheduled automatically, the arrows do not appear.
All reports are designed in Crystal Reports.
Please assist with resolving these issues.
