No full pallet on alternative stock for non full pallet quantity

On WMS when we ask for alternative stock for less then full pallet, the WMS suggests only not full LUID in the list all he full pallets are hiden from the list.
We should have all the free alternative stock.

Hi Meriem,
As far as I know the behavior that you describe is setting related. I invite you to evaluate separately the following pick list controller settings and check if all available stock is listed:
Ad hoc alternate item to false
Allow alternate stock to pick from bulk locations to true
If any combination of above settings do not work for your business case please contact our support, they will assist you. Remember that the mobile client must be restarted after any setting modification!
