Stock display in Branch using Intercompany

Looking in Intercompany solution for ourselves. Scenario I have is I have HQ and a subsidiary company. I couldn't find any info on visibility of Stock and order scheduling on Subsidiary company, and how it will be handled on HQ side, Only have 1 warehouse in HQ. Subsidiary purchase from HQ, HQ ship.
