Copy B1UP budget to another budget definition (e.g. another year)

We would like to know how we can copy a B1UP budget from one Budget Definition to another (like: from year to year). Among others, we would have to generate new Code/Name values for each new record in [@BOY_90_BUD_ENTRY] and [@BOY_90_BUD_ENTRY_M]. Is there maybe a function to do this ?
