Mass Delivery of Custom Crystal Reports

Allow for mass delivery of custom Crystal Reports within B1 that may or may not have direct association with B1 objects. Allow for dynamic parameters for the reports and for the selection of who they will be sent to based on SQL.

We love using P&D for Invoices, Sales Orders, etc. but we also need to send other reports both internally and externally (i.e. Rep sales report). We are anticipating going out to buy an off the shelf program for this, but, would like to be able to do it within Boyum Print and Delivery.

  Maybe I wasn't clear or I missed something as I just watched the video.

  My main concern is that I have a report to which I pass a parameter of a specific ID, representing a Rep. I have 40+ of these Reps. I want the mass delivery to send the emails to each Rep with the Report belonging to that rep.

  I didn't see this type of dynamic parameters or dynamic email addressing in the video. I was told by support that it is not possible.

  If you have a screen with the Reps and can list them in a SQL it is possible (but tricky to set up and at the very limit of what can be done in B1P&D)

  If the 40 reps are not really listen anywhere in a screen then not possible (unless you make a config per rep.)
